But any movement is good. 

Just feel intuitively what your body needs that day.

Sometimes you want to run, sometimes you just want to stretch. 

Both are good, productive and healthy for you 🤍

And a secret? My clients have the BIGGEST transformations once they learn to love themselves currently, give their bodies grace and move in ways that honour their bodies.

1. Buy food in bulk when it’s on sale

2. Divide into serving sizes, based on the protein amount you want (I did 300 grams of chicken and ground beef here) 

3. Put your portions into individual baggies, that way they’re already portioned out and ready to thaw - no more guessing if you have enough for your meals! 

PS don’t forget to add the date so nothing gets old in the freezer 🥰
